Semibuffer Terms of Service

Semibuffer Inc. publishes these Terms of Service for its website, Leadtime platform, Supply Signal services, and related services.
By using any Semibuffer service, the user agrees to these terms.
Service and accounts
Leadtime is a supply chain visibility and analytics platform. Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old.
Semibuffer may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise data security.
Data ownership and security
Users retain all rights to data they upload. Semibuffer accesses user data only to provide and maintain the service.
Semibuffer uses row-level security, role-based access controls, and encrypted storage and transmission to protect user data.
Liability and contact
Semibuffer's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
